Authorize the Town Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement Woodard & Curran for a Water System Corrosion Control Optimization Study for an amount not to exceed $278,400 and authorize the Town Manager to execute said agreement and approve contract documentation and amendments up to the authorized budget and scope of work on behalf of the Town.

Authorize the Town Manager to execute an agreement with Sonoma Water to access funding for Recycled Water Design Project and authorize the Town Manager to execute future agreements with Sonoma Water, permitting Sonoma Water to contribute additional funds to the Recycled Water Design Project.

Approve a purchase agreement with Trojan Technologies (Trojan) for ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system equipment including startup and State permitting assistance in the amount of $1,480,586 and authorize the Town Manager to execute said agreement and additional amendments up to 15% of the original agreement amount, for a total not to exceed $1,702,673.90.

Approve a Professional Services Agreement with the Windsor Chamber of Commerce to operate the Visitors Center for Fiscal Years 2023-24 and 2024-25 in a total amount not to exceed $85,000 per year and authorize the Town Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town.
